How do I become an MVP customer?
Please go to “Contact us” page and send your request. After getting your request current application forms will be emailed to you. You complete the forms and fax (818)904-2888 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Also you may open an account online registering in our website.
When can I place my order?
Our Customer Service department takes orders from 8:30am-5:00pm P.S.T. Monday through Friday, except for national holidays. Orders may be faxed to 818-904-2888 at any time or email email@example.com
Do you have order minimums?
Orders have to be 48 pieces minimum. Team orders must be at least 18. If the order is less than minimum per style, there will be 20% upcharge.
How do I get samples?
You may order samples of any of our styles at any time. If you can take a sample from available colors, you will not be billed. If you want to see your color combination you will be charged sample price, which is based on item. Samples may not be returned for any reason.
Can I pay C.O.D or by credit card?
All C.O.D. shipments must be paid by cashiers check, money order. We accept Visa, Mastercard.
How will my order be shipped?
All the orders go out by UPS.
What if my order is shipped incorrectly?
Shortages or shipping errors must be reported within five days of receipt of shipment.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed between September-April will be shipped within 7-10 business days. Orders placed between May-August will be shipped within 20-24 business days. If you have a rush order and you need to expedite the process, call us and we will work with you.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you may pick up your orders at our Van Nuys, CA location.
What is the return process?
Request for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving date. Merchandise will not be accepted without prior approval. Absolutely no returns allowed without an Return Authorization Number (RA#) obtained by Customer Service. In order to ensure proper credit and to avoid delay, the RA# must be clearly marked on the return shipment. All returns must comply with state health department regulations and must be cleaned, and not used garments. All returns must be shipped prepaid.

Will I be penalized for my return?
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all return merchandise except defective goods and shipping errors.
Can you guarantee color matching?
It is impossible to achieve a perfect color match from one dye lot to another. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a perfect match from order to order, or from one fabric to another. We will make every effort to minimize shading, but on occasion, it is unavoidable.
